Refund Policy

All Galidar Studio products are sold exclusively through the FAB Store by Epic Games. We do not process refunds directly — all refund requests are handled by Epic Games through FAB's official process.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every plugin passes rigorous testing — both our own internal QA and FAB's mandatory quality review — before it reaches you.

Every release is tested across supported platforms and engine versions before submission. FAB independently verifies technical compliance before approving any update for sale.

We Fix Issues

If you encounter a problem with any of our products in its original state, contact us and we will fix it. Our goal is to make sure the product works for you — not to leave you without a solution.

Continuous Updates

Your purchase is a one-time payment with no subscriptions or recurring fees. You receive continuous updates for the product you purchased throughout its active development cycle, at no additional cost. Update scope and frequency are determined by the development team based on technical feasibility and product direction.

Digital Goods Policy

Understanding Digital Products

Software plugins are digital goods. Unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, you have permanent access to the product files, including the full C++ source code. This is why the standard industry practice (used by Steam, Epic Games Store, and FAB) is that downloaded digital products are generally not eligible for refunds.

We believe in fairness for both customers and developers. If you experience a genuine issue, we will work with you to resolve it through our support channels.

FAB Store Refund Process

Galidar Studio does not process refunds directly. All refund eligibility decisions are made exclusively by Epic Games through the FAB Store.

Within 14 days if the product was never downloaded
Product in its original unmodified state does not match the official FAB listing

Not Eligible

Product has been downloaded (you retain permanent access to files)
Issues caused by user modifications to the source code
Issues that can be resolved through support (we fix bugs — contact us)
Change of mind or buyer's remorse after downloading

Requesting a Refund Through FAB

If you still wish to request a refund after contacting our support team, the process is handled entirely by Epic Games.

Submit to FAB

Submit your refund request through FAB Support. Epic Games evaluates eligibility and processes all approved refunds. Galidar Studio is not involved in the decision.

Processing Time

Once approved by Epic, refunds typically process within ~2 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method, or as Epic Wallet credits if the original method is unavailable.

Abuse Prevention

Abuse of the refund process (including downloading a product, retaining the files, and requesting a refund) may affect future purchase eligibility as determined by Epic Games.

We ask that you engage respectfully — our team works hard to help, and constructive communication leads to faster resolutions for everyone. Threats or abusive behavior do not expedite support and may result in restricted access to community channels.

The official product scope, features, and commitments are those stated on the official FAB store listing. Community discussions, forum posts, and third-party reviews are informal and may not reflect current product capabilities. Before making a purchase decision, always refer to the official listing and our documentation.

Be cautious of misleading claims on third-party platforms. If something seems unclear, ask in our official Discord before purchasing.
