All Galidar Studio products are sold exclusively through the FAB Store by Epic Games. We do not process refunds directly — all refund requests are handled by Epic Games through FAB's official process.
When evaluating whether a product matches what was sold, the official reference is the product description on the FAB Store listing. Documentation and website content are provided as support material and may occasionally contain minor inconsistencies or lag behind the latest listing updates.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Every plugin passes rigorous testing — both our own internal QA and FAB's mandatory quality review — before it reaches you.
Software plugins are digital goods. Unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, you have permanent access to the product files, including the full C++ source code. This is why the standard industry practice (used by Steam, Epic Games Store, and FAB) is that downloaded digital products are generally not eligible for refunds.
We believe in fairness for both customers and developers. If you experience a genuine issue, we will work with you to resolve it through our support channels.
